Media accreditation

Professional and motorsport photographers wishing to take trackside photographs or video at Masterton Motorplex must hold both NZDRA and Masterton Motorplex Media Accreditation.

HOW TO APPLY

STEP 1: APPLY TO NZDRA

You must first obtain Media Accreditation from NZDRA.
Note that a successful NZDRA accreditation does not guarantee Masterton Motorplex acceptance.

STEP 2: APPLY TO MASTERTON MOTORPLEX

Once your NZDRA accreditation has been approved, you can apply for Masterton Motorplex Media Accreditation.

APPLICATION TIMEFRAMES

Please allow sufficient time for NZDRA to process your accreditation.

Masterton Motorplex applications must be submitted at least two weeks before an event. Applications will not be accepted or processed during the week immediately prior to an event.

SPECIAL ACCREDITATION

In exceptional circumstances, the Media Manager may approve short-notice accreditation for visiting overseas media, major publications, broadcast or news media, or media specifically covering a team or driver.

Special accreditation is not intended to bypass the normal application process or accommodate late applications. All requirements in the Trackside Photographer Guidelines still apply, including safety procedures, conduct expectations, and daily sign-in.

CONDITIONS

All accredited media must comply with the MASTERTON MOTORPLEX TRACKSIDE PHOTOGRAPHER GUIDELINES, including all safety, conduct and sign-in requirements.

Masterton Motorplex Media Accreditation may be cancelled or revoked by the Media Manager at any time.

ANNUAL RENEWAL

Media Accreditation expires at the end of each season and does not automatically roll over. A new application must be completed each season.
