Once you’ve entered, your vehicle will appear in the discussion area on a confirmed entrant poster usually within a few days. Keep an eye out for it and please help us by tagging yourself, and sharing it with your friends, family, sponsors, and supporters!

ONLINE OR PRINTABLE ENTRY FORM:

* Online entry forms (including quick entry below) open on Saturday 11 November and close at 6pm on Wednesday 29 November.
* The printable entry form can be used to enter on the day.

QUICK-ENTRY ONLINE ENTRY FORM:

Use of the quick entry form is subject to the following conditions:

1. You must have entered during the current season using a the standard full entry form (either online or printable).
2. You must hold an NZDRA or IHRA licence (i.e. not available if you use day affiliation).
3. No changes to your contact details, licence status, or vehicle details from full entry form.
4. Cannot be used for dual racer entries.

If you do not meet the above criteria, do not use this entry – instead use the standard Online Entry or printable Entry Form above.

MEETING INFORMATION:

The following is important information for all competitors. For more detailed information please read our track policy.

GATES:

Gates open: 5pm Friday night, 7am Saturday & Sunday
Gates closed/locked: 10:30pm Friday & Saturday nights
ONLY in case of emergency when gates are locked, phone 021 02215593

DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE THE GATES OPEN AND PARK OR WAIT IN THE ENTRANCE, OR ON ON MANAIA ROAD – THIS BLOCKS ACCESS TO VOLUNTEERS OR OTHER VEHICLES ENTERING THE VENUE, AND CAUSES A SIGNIFICANT HAZARD TO YOURSELF AND OTHER ROAD USERS.
This is a safety issue, and a Council requirement – please respect it.
Please park on South Belt or South Road and wait until the gates are open.

REGISTRATION:
Registration is at the yellow pit control container, and is open on Friday night from 5.30pm-7.30pm (for teched vehicles only), and Saturday morning from 7am-8:45am.
Reminder – pre entered racers still need to complete their entry at registration (supply completed SSP Form, and sign entry form).

SCRUTINEERING:
Saturday morning 7am-8.30am.

PRICES:

• Gate entry (per person): $25 – (14 years old and under free)
• Race classes and entry fees – refer to the Track Policy/Newsletter (PDF)
• Day Affiliation (non season license-holders, for NZDRA sanctioned Meetings): $25
• Additional driver/rider: $20
• Approved passenger: $20 per person Note; passengers must be requested in advance, see form above.
• Overnight Camping: $10 per person per night
• All payments are to be made on the day, at the Registration Desk. Sorry, we don’t have EFT-POS at registration.

Reminder to all competitors

• All racers should be familiar with rules for their applicable classes contained in the NZDRA and/or IHRA Rulebooks, and the Masterton Motorplex Track Policy.
